Conditions of Use

Your Call Valet™ is warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. Under this warranty we will, at its option, repair or replace the product with no charge for parts or labor to the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction, or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, faulty installation, or defective associated equipment used in conjunction with the unit.
A Return Material Authorisation Number (RMA) along with a copy of the original sales receipt, is required prior to shipping the product back to DasTalk Telecom Inc. After the six (6) months warranty, please contact DasTalk for service at info@block-calls.com
This warranty is the sole warranty in effect, and is in lieu of any other warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY & RETURNS : - Postage, Packing & Delivery

We ship the product within 5 working days after receiving the order. The delivery transit time depends on the mailing service. We will advise of the tracking number when the order is shipped.

Return policy – seven days after receiving the item.
Upon despatch, we will contact you via email to confirm your goods have been sent.
